I’ve been teaching for 25 years and I’ve held leadership and management roles alongside my classroom teaching for most of those. And at every stage, in every role, I’ve been kept busy! Sometimes, there just aren’t enough hours in the day…but most of the time there are (just!), but only because I’ve learnt how to be efficient with my time: to make every minute productive and to accomplish 30-minute tasks in just 15 minutes.
